Kristi from Philadelphia:

"I used these name plates at my wedding. Instead of putting a picture on the oval label, I wrote my name and my husband's name with our wedding date on it. It looked so nice that I used them as my place card settings and also as my wedding favors! We were tight on money and being able to use these for two things was great. The price was right."

Val from Virginia:

"I have a large picnic/buffet at the beach every July 4th. I use these name plates by putting a patriotic picture on the oval label, but I use the rectangle part differently. Instead of writing names, I use dry erase marker and write the names of my dishes to identify the food choices to my guests. For example, cole slaw, Greek salad, potato salad, etc. The dry erase marker wipes off so easily I can use them again and again."

Joan from Pennsylvania:

"My family gathers every Christmas Eve for a big celebration. Every year has a different theme. I love putting each year’s theme on the labels. Always a hit!"

Barb from Florida:

"I used these name plates at my wedding and they were a huge success. Instead of using table numbers, I used table pictures. Each table had a different picture, and the guests really enjoyed matching the pictures on their name plates to the pictures on their tables. This was great for creating a theme through pictures for our wedding to share with our guests. For example, the table pictures had our engagement picture, a photo of where we met, a photo of where he proposed, a wedding cake, our wedding flowers, etc."

Carolyn from Las Vegas:

"I have my own catering company. These name plates work great for describing what foods are available. I use the oval label to put in my company’s logo as an advertisement, or the client’s logo or event name, if requested, to add a professional touch."

Carlos from Michigan:

"I put my parents' wedding picture on the name plates for their 50th wedding anniversary party. Most of the guests were not at their wedding and had never seen this picture before. I had so many compliments. Thank you Places-Please!"
